Comparison of Expenditures on Armaments.
LONDON, March 31. Mr McKenna informed Lieutenant Bellairs that, calculating on the same basis here as elsewhere, h% estimated that the new construction of armaments for 19091910 would total .£10.256,194, compared witb £10,751,366 in Germany, and £10, 015,101 in the United States.
