Russian Bitterness against Germany.
A Blow that cannot be Forgotten ST. PETERSBURG, March 31. Intense bitterness prevail* throughout Russia against Germany's ultimatum, which the Times' correspondent reports amounted to a threat of an Auetro-Ger-man invasion. M. Homiakoff, President of the Duma, declared that Russia would forget this blow even less easily tliau she would forget the Berlin Treaty.
