The weather in the Straits yesterday morning and the previous night was too bad to let 'the Kapiti and "Stormbird leave Wellington, consequently they did not reach here til lthis morning. They return to Wellington to-night, and load ssrain for Wanganui, being due here on fri-lay. The Kapiti will then return again \o Wellinerton. The Rimu left Onehunga yesterday afternoon, and coming via the usual ports, should reach here to-morrow morning, Teturning north again at night. The Storm returned south last night, and the Huia returned to Wellington. She is due here again to-morrow or Friday. The Moa, meeting rough weather tor the first half of her journey from Westport, did not arrive till this morning,%together with the Himitangi. They sail again to-night, the former for Westport, and the latter for Greymouth. The Houto sails for Herekino to load timber for Sydney, as soon as opportunity offers.
