808 FITZSIMMONS RESURRECTED. : WINS ANOTHER BATTLE. Tl'o Australian ex-champiou heavyweight of Iho world, Bob Fitzsimmons, would seem to have entered upon a new lease of pugilistic life. A New York correspondeut, writing on September 23rd, says, — i'Af'Benson Mines, a lumber region in tho 'north-east of this State, near the Canadian border, Bob Fitzsimmons, former champion of the world, went into the ring against a fighting French- Canadian lumber jack named Jim Paul last night, and gave him a good beating in. the three fast rounds they fought.
