"The fact of the matter is that the Eastbrook people, and the people about the Masonic, want to improve their property." At the Waitotara County Council meeting this morning a communication was received from the Agricultural Department, stating that African boxthorn had been declared a noxious growth under the third schedule. The effect of the declaration is that the Council may, if it thinks desirable, at any time enforce the eradication of the boxthorn.
