ANNUAL MEETING.
The annual general meeting of delegates to tho above was held last -evening in Dnigan's Buildings, 112 Ridgway Street. Present — Messrs, <?. \\\ Cujirie and >\ llollana (Wanganul> .Jlub), A. S. Wilder and ~W. J. Sim (College), W. T. Burrett and W. Richardson (Aramoho), Wv G. VtiUer and H: W. Reed (St.' Paul's), H. T. Mk>: ''Naughton (T.Y.M.1.) and several cricKet- ■ ei-s Mr' Currie wasr voted to the chair.
MINUTES.— The minutes of the last annual meeting were read and confirmed, CORRESPONDENCE.— Correspondence Was received from the T.Y.M-.1. Club applying to bo affiliated to the Association. Resolved that the T.Y.M.I. Club be admit; ted as a junior club. The Chairman briefly welcomed the delegates of the newclubs. From the Borough Council, granting the Association the; use of; borough, re-.' serves. — Received. - From New Zealand; Oricket Council advising a proposed new -irule, re appointing a management commit-tee--to conduct ihe business of> the Council, between Ihe meetings of the Council. It Was re?olved to ask the delegate to sup- • port this proposal. REPORT AND; BALANCE-SHEET.— The annual report and balance-sheet, allowing' a credit balance of 3s- 3d, was , .idopted on tho motion of the. Chairman, (Seconded by Mr Richardson.
