ANNUAL MEETING.

MINUTES.— The minutes of the last annual meeting were read and confirmed, CORRESPONDENCE.— Correspondence Was received from the T.Y.M-.1. Club applying to bo affiliated to the Association. Resolved that the T.Y.M.I. Club be admit; ted as a junior club. The Chairman briefly welcomed the delegates of the newclubs. From the Borough Council, granting the Association the; use of; borough, re-.' serves. — Received. - From New Zealand; Oricket Council advising a proposed new -irule, re appointing a management commit-tee--to conduct ihe business of> the Council, between Ihe meetings of the Council. It Was re?olved to ask the delegate to sup- • port this proposal.
