WELLINGTON, September 30. Mr W. G- Riddcll, S.M., to-day heard the cases brought against five wnarf labourers. William Albert Parker, Jame - Swanson McMillan, Albin Anderson, Hugh Neilson, and Hans Siveben, for alleged cargo broaching from the steamer Rippingham Grange.
