ROME, September 30.
M. Isvalovsky, after a cordial interview with Signor Tittoni at Dessio, near Milan, semi-officially declared that the relations of Italy and Russia have become more intimate than they have been, for a long time. There was a complete identity of views on the special interests of the two countries, which, by reason of this discussion, would be able to exercise a harmonising influence on the peaceful development of the international situation.
