Arrived — Rotoiti (3 a.m.), from Ouchunga, connecting with express. WELLINGTON, Thursday. Arrived — Charles Edward (10.20 a.m.), from Wanganui. WESTPORT, Thursday. Arrived — Alexander (8.10 p.m., 30th), from Wanganui. .Sailed — Moa (10 p.m., 30th). and Alexander (2.30 a.m.), for Wanganui. The Stormbird and Putiki arrived at mid-day from Wellington with general cargo. They return there again at midnight. The Huia is expected to-morrow from Wellington. The Moa, from Weetport, and Storm, from Lyttelton and ports, are due to-night with the usual cargoes. The Alexander left "Wf stport again this morning, and is due here early to-morrow morning. The Rimu had not left Onehunga up to itiin, but was expected to sail to-day, and is fine here on Saturday. The Alice is now ready for sea at Castlecliff, and will get away, in ballast for 1 Niue, in the Society Group, at any time. There she loads for Maiden Island, and at Maiden Island ships another cargo of guano, which she will take to Auckland. The Huia was to have been placed on -f t}"»-°Hp at Wellington yesterday for her annual overhaul. The little wooden steamer Nguagnru, of tv tons, reg., which recently vent ashore on the South Spit of the Karainea entrance, is, according to a telegram received to-day, a total wreck, and is being dismantled. The vessel visited Wanganui on several occasions some 18 months to 2 years ago. The Athenic, from London, via Tapetown reached Hobart yesterday, and was to have continued her voyage to Wellington at five this morning. "She"" landed 12 passengers for Australia, and brings 682 on to New Zealand. She is due at Wellington on Monday night or Tuesday xliorning. The Indravelli is exnected at Wellington on Tuesday from Vancouver via Suva and Auckland. The Cornwall reached Home from Wellington on Saturday last. , The Star of N.Z. is to leave London on the 20th inst. for New Zealand via Australia iv place of the Tomoana. I
