ART SCHOOL FOR TEACHRS.E

A course of instruction in art is being conducted, during the present week at the Technical School, under Mr D. Seaward, V.R.C.A. It was opened by Mr F. M. Sfnrdlo, chairman of the Technical School, who, on behalf of the Board of Education and the Committee, cprdially and appropriately welcomed the teachers. Mr G. Carson and the Chief Inspector, Mr G.
