DR. FRENG LEY'S LECTURE.

Fanners, who arc all interested in wool sorting, arc invited to a meeting to be held in the Borough Council Chambers tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon, at 3 o'clock.

A final reminder is given of the St. Paul's anniversary social, to be held in St. Paul's Hall this evening. A very enjoyable time is being looked forward to, as a capital programme of musical items and' addresses has been prepared. Among the speakers will be the Rev. J. A. Asher. During the evening refreshments will be provided. The price of admission is one shilling.

An organ recital will be given in Christ Church fo-morrow evening by Mr C. W. Naylor. In addition to organ solos by Mr Naylor, vocal items will be rendered by Mrs Levien, Miss Pinches, and Mr Shortt, and instrumental items by Messrs G. Buckley and F. H. Hatherly.
