At the Magistrate's Jourt to-day before Mr Bishon S.M.. 'he bookselling firms of Simpson and Williams, Whitcombe and Tombs, and Fountain Barber, with certain of their employees, were charged with dealing in immoral literature. The charge against Simpson and Williams was that they had sold "Anna Lombard," by Victoria Crces; against Fountain Barber that lie had sold ''The Yoke," by Hubert Wales; *nd against Whitcombe aud Tombs that they had sold "Six Wothpti." ;mri "Five Nights." both by Victoria Cross.
