LONDON, April 9. 1 " The Times declares that the ceremony of Mr. Asquith kissing hands at
Biarritz, in a foreign country was a wide
departure from hitherto unbroken prece- - dent, lerhaps it was a picturesque and graceful tribute to the reality of the entente, and that King Edward and Mr. Aequith are so much at home in France, but everyone with a sound knowledge of our political system must hope that the precedent will not be repeated except in case of necessity.
