AUCTION SALE OF DEMPSEY'S

FARM. SATURDAY, 25th APRIL. One of the most important property auction sales will take place on Saturday, the 25th instant, at 2 p.m., when Messrs C. L. Duigan and Co. will sell the freehold of Dempsey's farm of .140 acres, in the Gouville Town District, adjoining the rising suburbs of lVLatipo, Balgownie, Gonville, and Tawhero.
