Wairau Harbour Board.
BLENHEIM, April 8. At the statutory meeting of the Wairau Harbour Board, constituted under, the special Act of last session, Mr McCallum, Mayor of Blenheim, was elected chairman. The rton. J. A. Millar, Minister of Marine, will be visiiiing Blenhcm n a few days, when it is intended to make a request for endowments for the Board, 'which has, as yet, neither rating nor borrowing cowers.
