Press Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright. Received April 7", 9.4 p.m. LONDON, April 7. Insurgent Arabs, on the banks of theTigris, subjected the British steamer Blosselynch to a heavy rifle fire. A Turkish patrol on a steamer accompanying the Blosselynch returned the insurgents' fire. Two of the Blossolynch's passengers were killed and several wounded. In response to Britain's emphatic demand for redress the Porte promises to punish the aggressors.
