The New Queensland Ministry.
BRISBANE, February 18. The new Ministry has been sworn in. Mr Kidston is Premier and Chief Secretary, Mr Airey Treasurer, Mr Barlow Minister of Instruction, Mr Blair AttorneyGeneral and Minister of Mines, Mr Bell 'Minister of Lands, Mr Hawthorne Home Secretary, Mr O'Sullivan Minister of Agriculture, Mr Kerr Minister of Railways and Works. The two last-named have seats in the Upper House. The Cabinet consists of eight salaried Ministers, instead of six as formerly.
