This morning's gallops at Ricoartou were interesting. Glen< ulloch, who had apparently rci-.ncred from his accident, did tvvo circuits at three-quarter hpecd. Sifter Anne beat (iuld^ife by cicht lengthrover six furlongs. Lapland and Outlander ••an a mile and. a halt in 2min 42 2-ssec. Paritutu, Elevation, Mahuta, and Astrakhan covered a mile and a l.alf in 2min 39$ sec. Elevation finished best. Paritutu was nearly as rood as Mahuta, who is apparently poinjj otr. Biweleueh, who has struck hiuise't, ran lv furlong* at restricted speed. Idealist ran <ix furlougs, easing up, iv lmin 17 l-5->tc, the gallop being a pleasing one. M-wter Uel.ival, Zimmerman, and Probable rar a mile and a hali in 2min 41 4-sscc and finished abreast, but Master Delaval was going much the best, and could ea»ily ha\e beaten the others, whose displays were not impressive. St. Joe, Apa, aud 'F;i&co ran a mile and a quarter in 2min 12 2-o^ec, St. Joe beating Apa by a neck — a creditable performance. GazeLy. Armistice, H<*lcn Portland, Maniapoto, Grand Slam, and Koran covered a mile and a halt' iv 2min 42 3-3 sec. Gazeley, full of running, finished two lengths in front of Grand Slam, with Koran next, Helen Portland being last, but she was under a strong pull. Gazeley's performance was a very pleasing one, but none of the others were impressive. Bonny Glen only walked. He shows signs of soreness. Nothing exceptional wa> done by the two-year-olds. Red Gauntlet ran five furlongs in lmiu 4 2-ssec.
