Inquests.

WELLINGTON, June 10.
At an inquest to-day concerning tha death of a woman who expired at a city restaurant on Saturday the jury found that death was caused by pneumonia followed by heart failure. Ihere was no direct evidence of identification, but from a communication received from Masterton the deceased was supposed to be Annie Hobbins.
INVERCAHGILL, June 10.
A post mortem was held on Arnold James Kinsland, the boy who died under chloroform while having teeth extracted. The diseased had healthy organs, and th« doctors could not explain the occurrence of death. At the inquest a verdict of death under chloroform, no blame attachable to anyone, was returned.
PAHIATLA, June 11
At the inquest on John Beaufort, which was held yesterday afternoon, the verdict of the jury was as follows: — That the deceased met his death as a result of the fi act ure of his skull and the rupture of a blood vessel on the brain caused while under * lie M'fl lenee ol liquor on Frilay evening last.
