Sequel to the Inquiry.

As a result of the report ot the commission which inquired into the railway accident at Bankside on March 29th, when a Volunteer train collided with a weekly special train from Christchurch to Ashburton, the Minister for Railways has decided to dispense with the services of J. Meikle and H. C. Seaman, the driver and guard respectively of the down train, aa from the date of their suspension, March 29th.
