At the Magistrate's Court to-day the hearing was resumed of the charge again&t Charles Dunn and Frank Morrah, alias Ja.s. Morrah, of woundiiig Gufitay Orenburg. This was a case partly heard last week, in which the defendants were alleged to have grievously assaulted Grenl>eig during a squabble at a "two-up" school. Court this morning William Tie was charged with permitting opium smoking on his premsies on the night of May 29th, and was fined JES and costs £+ 12« 6d. At the Magistrate's Court to-day George Frances Henry wa9 sentenced to a month's imprisonment for theft of Mo odd from a woman who gave it to him to send by post.
