LONDON, June 7. The British Weekly declares that thr (Government is constantly and vainly making overtures and constantly estranging its l'ricnde. This has led to a private assurance that the Fducation Bill of 19<W Mill be a drastic one. Forty-five Non-conformist Commoner* and the Education Committee of the National Free Church Council have both rr•olved to agitate and strengthen the action ol the (iovemnient in a drastic direction.
