THE REPRESENTATION COMMISSION.

The Wanganui and Rangitikei Boundaries.

(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, December 19. The Wanganui district . comprises the southern part of the Mataongaonga riding of the Wanganui County lying south of the railway line, the western part of the Purua riding lying west of the road, intersecting section No. 55, Block VI., Ikitara district, and forming the eastern boundary of section No. 39, and that portion of Kaitoke riding lying west of the road fronting sections Nos. 104, 105, 106, and 107, and north of the road known as No. 1 Line, together with the southeastern portion of the Brunswick riding of the Waitotara County, bounded by the Mission Line from the Wanganui River to the new Missionary Line, thence by the new Missionary Line to the Brunswick Line, by the Brunswick Line to the Great Western Line, and thence by the Great Western Line to the southern boundary of the riding, and also the eastern portion of Westmere riding included in the existing Wanganui electoral district and the borough of Wanganui and Rangitikei. Rangitikei comprises the Wanganui County less tho southern part of Mataongaonga riding lying south of the railway line less the western part of Purua riding lying west of the road intersecting section No. 55, Block VI., Ikitara district and forming the eastern boundary of section No. 39 and less that portion of Kaito"ke riding lying west of the road fronting sections Nos. 104, 105, 106, and 107, and north of the road known as No. 1 Line, together with the Awarua, Te Kapua, Otairi, and Bangatira ridings «f Rangitikei County, and that part of Wangaehu riding lying to the north-west of the proposed Manawatu electorate, also that part of the Hautapu riding of Kiwitea County lying north of the Mangawhaririki stream. Tauinarunui district comprises the counties of Eawhia, Waitomo, and Awnkino, together with that part of the West Taupo County lying south a right line from the source of tlie Ongaruhe River to Lake Taupo, at the mouth of the Waihora stream, that part of East Taupo County lying west of the Tokaanu-Wai-ouru road, that part of Waimarino County lying west of the Tokaanu-Wai-ouru road, and also the Mokau, Urenui, Tikorangi, and Waihi ridings of Clifton County; that part of Ngatimaru riding lying north of the Waitara Biver and the Mangaone stream, and that part of Waitara West road district of Taranaki County lying east of Richmond road and Che road from Mataitawa to Lepperton, and the continuation of that road northward and westward to the railway, line, and along the railway line to the boundary of the road district, excluding the townships of Mataitawa and Lepperton, aad includes that portion of the Ohura riding of Stratford County lying east of the Tangarakau River. This district also includes the borough of Waitara. The name of the Geraldine electorate in tho £outh Island has been changed to " Temuka."
