ALLEGED BRIBERY.
Press Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright. Received October 21, 4.41 p.m. LONDON. October 20. The Worcestershire Commissioners have intimated that they must report Mr. G. H. Williamson, Conservative member for Worcester City, owing to his, illegal act in paying a sum to a person other than an election agent. The Commissioners, however, state that TTTe report may bo obviated if Mr. Williamson obtains from a judge relief on the ground that he acted in ignorance of the law. Ninety-three persons were reported and certificates refused in 29 cases. Alderman Caldicott, Conservative, has been reported for bribery and illegal practice-*. His certificate has been refused on the ground that he answered untruthfully.
