A Trap Accident.

Two Clergymen Injured.

(Per United Press Association). WAIROA, October 19. The Bishop of Waiapu and the Rev. D. Ruddock, Vicar of St. Paul's, "vVairoa, were driving through the Wairoa cutting when a cow frightened the horse. The occupants were thrown out. The Rev. Mr. Ruddock was unconscious for a time, and on recovery he found the Bishop under the trap. The Bishop was removed to Wairoa. It was found this morning that he had sustained an injury to his left hip, that he was bruised about the eyes and temple, and his face was scratched. Mr. Ruddock suffered from injury to his back. Both are progressing favourably.
