Sensational Suicide.
Disaffection in the Army.
ST. PETERSBURG, October 19. Prince Meschersky, one of the Czar's friends, suicided in the Moscow train, apparently fearing assassination by revolutionaries. On a visiting card, found on his body, was written the words, "I cannot escape my destiny." Wholesale trials of the military are taking place in Russia. Three generals, twenty officers, and 260 soldiers are being tried at Moscow for sedition.
