I Owners, trainers, and others entering and accepting horses for the W.J.C. Meetings are notified that no entries or acceptances will be received unless accompanied oy the necessary amount in cash. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary one half honr before the official time for starting the race.
