Received September 18, 11.35 p.m. LONDON, September 18. The Pacific Mail Company's e.s. Mongolia, from Hongkong, is ashore at Midway Island, in the Pacific. Her hull is pierced, and her bow is resting upon the rocks. The passengers were landed, and the cargo is being discharged by lighter. The acident was due to tidal phenomena. The value of her cargo far exceeds that of the aMnchuria. The latter vessel has been refloated at a cost of =£200.
