Arrest of Palace Servants.
A Oold-blooded Court-martial. The Socialists' Revenge. ' ST. PETERSBURG, September 18. ' Many servants at the Czar's palace have been arrested for showing active sympathy with the revolutionaries. Two hundred persons, arrested haphazard at Siedlce. will be tried before a courtmartial composed of officers implicated in the massacre. Representatives of British Jews appeal for the prevention of the terrible crime. The Socialists at Odessa have issued a proclamation setting forth their intention to kill throe officials for every patriot executed by the drumhead court-martial. The firat victims will be the military judges, the Governors, and the commanfler-in-chief.
