Gowanburu, left New York, May 25, via Port Chalmers. Australia, left Liverpool, June 9. Last night the Alexander sailed for Nelson, and the Oreti got away for Westport. This morning the Huia brought a general cargo from Wellington, including shipments ex the Eumara from London. She returns to Wellington again to-night. The Putiki came in from Wellington this morning bringing a part cargo, consisting of 150 tons of general merchandise. ' The Putiki is now loading spiral riveted pipes for the Gisborne water works, and should depart to-morrow night. The Ripple arrived from Bluff, Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington this morning bringing oats, wheat, flout, oatmeal, and other general produce. She is to sail for Greymouth to-night. The Muritai departed from Onehunga this morning, and is due here to-morrow nigh,t. She will depart again on the return journey north on Thursday night. The Moa is due from Greymouth to-mor-row, and the Waverley is expected from Westport, while the Stormbird should come in from Wellington. • The scow Ururoa should arrive at any moment from Newcastle with a cargo of coal for Messrs Hatrick and Co.

The New Zealand and African Coy.'s steamer Dorset sailed from Liverpool on Friday last for New Zealand. The Monowai is due at Wellington tomorrow from Sydney, and the Moana is due on Friday from Sydney via Auckland. The Bürgermeister Huchmann arrived at "Wellington on Saturday from New York via Australia and Auckland.

The Bakanoa sailed from Suva for Auckland on Sunday.
