Blaze at Waitara.

NEW PLYMOUTH, September 17. A fire at two o'clock this morning at Waitara destroyed the Waitara Hotel, Dugdale's cabinetmaker's shop, and Samson's stationer's shop and billiard room. The fire started in the hotel, which Captain Young had only taken possession of a few days ago.
