Another Cruiser Ordered to Havana.
NEW YORK, September 15.
The cruiser Dixie, with 300 marines, has been ordered to Havana. Others are ready to sail. It is hoped in Washington that the presence of the bluejackets will serve as a warning to President Palma and the insurgents, heal the differences, and thus prevent drastic intervention.
