It is estimated in St. Petersburg that there have been ten executions daily since summary court-martial was established. M. Masurin, leader of the social re.voluntionaries! fighting organisation, was hanged at Moscow yesterday. He was one of the ringleaders in the bank robbery cabled on March 21st. He spent the proceeds in the purchase of .arms and ammunition. ,Two have been court-martialled and at Riga for engaging in pillage. A crowd of peasants at Grodno were toying to~reacue prisoners, when the police fired volleys, killing eight and wounding sixty. Treasury officials at Brestliotvsk have disappeared with 125,000 roubles of town money.
