(Per United Press Association). CHRI&TCHURCH, February 13. Barnett and Grant pleaded not gu-lty at the Supreme Court this morning to a charge of keeping a common gaur.ng house. The jury, after a short retirement, returned with a verdict of not guilty, and accused wore thereupon <lincharged. A similar charge again*! '«i« i n Rims is now proceeding.
