Tho Imperial Congress Union at Queenstown, Capo Colony, approved of the South African Customs Union, and free trade wiUi the Union. It urged the introduction of raw material on tho lowest possible duties, and tho non-admission of articles manufactured therefrom at the loweat duties, and advocated the reimposition of the meat duties.
