IN pursuance of "Tlie Electoral Act, 19U5 " I, THOMAS DICK CUMMINS, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Wanganui. do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the 22nd day of November, 1905, under tho hand of the Clerk of tho Writs, an election will bo held for the return of a qualified person to servo as member for the said district; and that the latest day lor receiving nominations of candidates will be tho 28th day of November, 1905; and that tho poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district on the Oth day of December. 1905. Every man desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district, by a 1 nominat-ion-paper as prescribed by section 97 s " of the said Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the -28th day of November, 1905.
