DUNEDIN, August 23
The tea and coffee rooms near the Jetty Street wharf occupied by Peter Hansen. a nigh watchman, was largely gutted by fire, early this morning. The building was insured in the Manchester office for ,£l5O, but the furniture was uinsured.
