Fined for Obstructing a Tram Cap.
DUNEDIN, August 15.
An unusual case was heard to-day of a man charged with driving a vehicle in front of an electric tram-car for a quarter of a mile; The prosecution contended that the whole tramway service was delayed as the result. Such practices were too common, and -would probably end tin a fatal accident. Accused was fined 20s and costs 28s.
