ALEXANDRA MOUNTED RIFLES.

CAMP NOTES. The Alexandra Mounted Eifley held a gymkhana on the Racecourse this at'tornooii. Following are tho results, up to tho hour of going to press: — Lloyd Li'itisny Competition (sections of four). — Sergt. Sommerville's section Ist, Scrgt. McDonald's section 2nd. Four sections coinricted. Victoria Cross Competition. — Sergt. Brown 1, Sergt. Sonunerville 2, Trooper Crawley 3. Liuyd Lindsay Competition (for half sections). — Corpl. Mclittosh and Troper Mahoney. 26 points, 1 ; • Sergt. SLoniinerville and Trooper Brooks, 20 points, 2. The possible was 30 points. Seven teams competed. .

Seeling, who looks in aplendid condition, was presented with a handsome sold medal by some supporters of the New Zealand team for, his fine play in the matches against New South Wales.
