CO-OPERATIVE BUILDING SOCIETY
There was a large attendance of the members of the above Society at Duigan's Buildings,', Rigway Street, last "evening, to conduct the drawing of an appropriation by ballot of £300. Mr R. N. Gatcnby, chairman of directors, presided, and Messrs C. G. Lee and T. Taylor were appointed scrutineers. Miss Nellie Thomas kindly drew the ballot. The successful number proved to be 461, . owned by Mrs Ellen Keudrickl As this member was the owner of more than one share in the Society, she was declared to be entitled to a loan of .£3OO free of interest/ in accordance with the rules. The meeting then terminated.
