LONDON, June 27.
Captain Stone, of the Ikhona, states that he protested against the destruction of the ship's provisions. The Russians, with dynamite cartridges, exploded the en-gine-room, which did not sink the ship. They then used- their quickflrers. The mail bags were opened, and some letters abstracted.
