The vessel is due to sail to-night for Westport to load coal for New Plymouth, and proceeds thence to Greyniouth, Bluff, usual East Coast ports and back to Wanganui. The Oreti arrived at the' Heads Wharf yesterday morning- from Wostport with a cargo of coal for the Castlecliff Freezing Works. The /vessel saiis to-night for Greymouth. " . The Shaw, Savill steamer Matatua, which left Wellington last Friday for London, took 233 bales wool and 28 boxes of, butter from Wanganui. The steamer Waimatc.of the New Zealand Shipping Company's fleet, which was reported, from Monte Video, to be on fire, resumed her. voyage to London on Monday last."

Th© Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Maori is to sail for London ' on the 15th instant, from Bluff. The steamer Havershain Grange is announced to take tho loading berth at New York for five Australian ports, also Auckland, Wellington, Lytlelton' and Port Chalmers.
