N.S.W. Hotel Labor Troubles.
Received January 30, 10.38 a.m. SYDNEY, January 30. Trouble occurred in a- number of city hotels over the Arbitration Court award in the case of cooks and Mtchenmen. Iv several hotels there has- been a wholesale | discharge of employees. Employers state -they have taken action owing to the high-handed procedure of the employees since the award. Boarders in hotels have been considerably inconvenienced.
