The Wiuea Mr Soler sent to the Melbourne International Exhibition in 1880, when competing with those from the Australian colonies, obtained SIX Prizes^ He also obtained First Prize Medal for these Wines for purity at the Christchurch International Exhibition, 1882. These Wines were also exhibited at the Ashbuxton Exhibition, held on the 20th of March, 1885, and received from the judges Firßt Award qf Merit, and were alao awarded First Prize Medal at the N.Z. Industrial Exhibition, 1885, Wellington; Prize Medal at the Indian and Colonial Exhibition held in, Londan, 1887; Prize Medal at the Melbourne International Exhibition held in 1889; First Prise for the Colonies at Wellington Conference held in May, 1896; Gold Medal at Queensland International Exhibition, held 'in Brisbane, 1897 ; and Gold and Silver Medals at the Industrial and Mining Exhibition, held in Auckland, 1898-99, Joseph Soler, BSTLL STETJET.
