(Per United 1 Press Association.) PAHIATUA, June 12. Mr Laing Meason has been appointed as engineer to carry out the high-pressure water and drainage works in Pahiatua. A public meeting was held last evening at , Mangatainoka of settlers from the Coonoor, Waione, Eising Sun,' and Makairo districts.
