WELLINGTON, June 12.
Messrs "W. H. Gavin, t formerly Resident Engineer of the Micllaiicl Rail way section, and W» A. Jeff, who is in charge of the Coal Creek section of the West Coast, have accepted good appointments under the South African Government, and leave the colony tomorrow.
