(Per United Press Association.) INVEECARGILL, June 11. In the case of J. Caird v. A. Muir, a claim >J or .£llOO for breach of agreement regarding the sale of flax, the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for £hQ. Argument on legal, points was reserved. The Court is now hearing a case of J. Macalister v. J. and D. Clark, a claim of <£306 for broach of agreement regarding the purchase of a threshing-mill and plant.
