(Per United Press Association.) CHEISTCHUKCH, -December 13.
Mary Galway was granted a divorce from Bobert John, Galway, on the ground of desertion. Bespondent left his wife in 1893. Since then he has been most of his time in gaol on various sentences. Judge Dennis ton said that unless respondent' had deserted his wife before the first conviction his involuntary absence in gaol would not he legal desertion. Respondent, however, had given no assistance to his wife since 1893.
