Mr Willis' Reply.
In reply to a telegram from' the Premier to the member for Wanganui, with reference to the despatch of an eighth contingent to South Africa," Mr Willis has replied that if the Imperial Parliament want their services, and if sent under the same conditions as the last four contingents, he certainly thinks men for an eighth contingent should be sent from the colony.
