The winner of any flat race atcor declaration of weights to carry a Senalty of lOlbs, and of every, addiitional race a further penalty of 61bs in thQ ftah races. Horses handicapped at Bst 101 bor over to carry only half of the above penalties. Owners are responsible' for penalties. DEFINITION OF A HACK. Hack means a horse that has not, at time of nomination, won a race of the value of 80 soys or over, or races of the collective value of 150 boys, since August Ist, 1899.
